• Hot Water
• Cold Water
• Salt

Jo sirf Badi Hotels me Milta hai aur bada hi Mehenga hota Hai.  jise Bade Aur Chote Bachhe bhi  Bade Chav se khate Hai. Potato Fries Ghar pe banaye is Aasan Tarike se. Ise Ghar par Banane me 1 time ke liye 15-20 rupay lagte Hai, Balki Hotels me to ye Rs 100 ke Upar hi Milta Hai. To Ise Ghar par Jarur Banaye, Paise bachaye,  Gharka Swaad apne Family walon ko Chakhaye Aur Shabashiya Paye.     

 
* Sabse Pehle Potato ko Acchese Wash Karna Hai.

*  Ab Potatos ke Chilke Nikal Lena Hai.Puri Tarah se Chilke Nikalne ke Bad.

* Potato ko Finger Shape me Cut Kar Lena Hai, Fries Same Size aur Shape me Aaye iska Dhyan Rakhna Hai taki ye Dikhne me bhi Acche Lage

* Potato Fries Cut Karne ke Baad inko Thande Pani me 30 min Tak Dalke Rakhna Hai. Taki ye Thodese Sikud Jaye

*  After 30 mins Inhe Turant Thande Pani Se Nikal kar Garam Pani me 10 min Ke Liye Dakhna Hai. Taki ye Puri Tarah Se Ful Jaye.

* 10 min Ke Bad Potato Fries ko Garam Pani Se Nikal na Hai Aur Kichen Towel Se Dry Kar Lena hai.

* Potato Fries Dry Hone ke Baad ab inhe 1 hr ke Liye Freezer me Rakhna Hai. Potato Fries ko Freez me Rakhna Lagbhag Complesary Hai. Kyun Ki Freez me Rakhne se ye Crunchy aur Crispy Honge

* 1 hr ke Baad Fries Puri Tarah se Sikud Gaye Honge, to inhe freezer se Nikal Kar Garam Tel me 2 min Shallow Fry Karna Hai.

* 2 min Shallow Fry hone ke Baad Fries ko ek Dish me Nikalna Hai aur Inhe Puri Tarike se Thanda Hone Dena Hai.

* Fries Thande Hone ke Baad Firse Potato Fries ko Garam Tel me Deep Fry Karna Hai. Inhe Re-Fry Karna bhi Compulsary Hai. Deep Fry Karne se ye Itne Crunchy ho Jayenge ki Fries ko Todne pe inka Awaj Ayega.

* Fries Re-Fry Hone ke Baad Finally Inhe Ek Dish me Nikalna Hai Agar ho to Tissue Paper Lagana Hai Taki Fries ka jo Tel hai Saara Tissue Paper me Utar Jaye Aur Fries Oily na Rahe.

* Fries ko Dish me Nikalne ke Baad Taste ke Liye Salt, Aur Smell ke Liye Dhaniya Powder Dalna Hai. 

* Ho Gaye Hai Hotel Jaise Crunchy N Crispy Potato Fries Khane ke Liye Tayar.
