*  Sabse Pehle Hum Gas On Krke uspar Kadhai chadha denge, Aur isme 2tsnp Oil dalenge.

* Oil Garam ho Jane ke bad chop Kiya hua Pyaj dalenge, Pyaj ko Brown colour ane tak Fry krna Hai.

* fir Adrak Lahsun ki Paste add kr denge aur ise achhese mix kar denge.

* Gas ki Flame high hi rakhenge aur chicken Kaleji Dal denge.Flame high Nahi Hogi to kalegi kadak ho jayegi.

* Kalegi ko whitish colour aane ke bad isme Garam Masala add Karenge, Achhese mix kr denge.

* Chop Kiya hua Pudina Aur Hara Dhaniya add Karenge.

* Ab ise 2 mi.tak pakne denge. Gas ki Flame off Krke dish me fried kalegi Nikal denge.

* Ho gai Hai garma Garam aur spicy chicken Kaleji Khane ke liye Tayyar.
