* fir Adrak Lahsun ki Paste add kr denge aur ise achhese mix kar denge.
* Gas ki Flame high hi rakhenge aur chicken Kaleji Dal denge.Flame high Nahi Hogi to kalegi kadak ho jayegi.
* Kalegi ko whitish colour aane ke bad isme Garam Masala add Karenge, Achhese mix kr denge.
