                                            Hello Everyone, Aapka Swagat hai Kitchen IRANI Channel me. Aaj Hum Banayenge Hot N Spicy Paav Bhaji.

* Bhaji banane ke liye Sabse Pehle Hum ek Cooker me Turdaal, Mugdaal, Batata, Gajar, Dudhi, Gobi, aadha Tamatar aur Pani Dalne ke baad Dhakkan lagake Gas pe 5 sitti hone tak rakhenge .

* Cooker ki 5 sitti hone ke baad use niche utar lenge aue ek Kadhai Gas pe rakh kar usme 3 bade chammach Oil garam hone ke liye dalenge.

* Oil garam hone ke baad usme Rai, Jira, Lahsun, Hari Mirch, Pyaj, 2 Tea Spoon Namak, 1 chammach Haldi, 1 Chammach Lal Mirch dalkar pyaj ko Brown color aane tak acchese mix kar lenge.

* Tab tak Cooker khol ke dekhenge ki daal pak chuki hai ya aur baaki hai.

* Pyaj Brown hone ke baad usme Matar aur aadha hara Dhaniya, Tamatar, Paav Bhaji Masala dalke mix karenge. sab acchese mix hone ke baad

* Paki hue Daal jo cooker me thi use isme dalna hai. aur pani dalna hai, oani jyada nahi dalna hai. Bhaji ko thoda gadha hi rakhenge.

* jab tak Bhaji hayyar hoti hai tab tak Ladi Paav ko bichmese cut kar ke pan pe Roast karna hai, ise Roast karne ke liye Butter,Ghee ya Dalda ka use karna hai jisse paav ko kuch alag hi taste aata hai.

* Ho gai hai Apni Paav Bhaji khane ke liye tayyar.
