* Baingan Ka Bharta banane ke liye Sabse Pehle Tava Garam hone ke liye Gas pe rakhna Hai
* Tava Garam hone tak Baingan ko Slice me Cut Kar Lena Hai
* Tava Garam hone ke baad Usme 2 Tspn Tel dalna hai aur Baingan ki Slice ko Garam Tave pe fry hone ke liye Rakhna Hai.
* 2 min baad Ek side fry hone Jane ke baad Slice ko Palta Lena Hai taki dusri side bhi Acchese Fry ho Jaye.
* Baingan ki Dusri side bhi Brown hone tak Fry Kar Lena Hai. Taki ye Kaccha na rage.
* Dono side se Fry hone ke baad Baingan Slice ko ek-ek Karke Morter piston me nikalenge, Hum use Tave pe bhi PreSs Karke Bharta bana sakte Hai, lekin hum thoda alag aur Tasty Tarike se banayenge
